Why this site exists

IntelliBookkeeping reviews the AI tools accountants and bookkeepers actually use. There is no shortage of vendor marketing in this space and very little independent comparison, which is the gap we are trying to fill.

How we review

Every tool listed here is a real, currently available product. We describe what each one does, who it suits and — importantly — where it falls short. A review with no criticism is an advertisement, and we try not to publish those.

Where a vendor does not publish a fixed public price, we say the pricing is custom rather than inventing a number.

How we make money

Some outbound links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you subscribe after clicking. This never affects rankings, ratings or what we write about a product. Tools we do not rate are not listed more favourably because they pay better, and several tools we recommend have no affiliate programme at all.

We also sell featured placement, which is always visibly labelled as such.
